I recently had a two inch lift and tyres done at TJM Wyoming, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience particularly Kris Gilmore (Branch Manager). For context, I’ve been a manager of a fast paced retail store for the last six years, and customer service is something I pride myself on. I understand how difficult it can be to consistently deliver high level service while managing operations, staff, and customer expectations. With that said, I have honestly never experienced customer service like I did with Kris and the team at TJM. Before coming to TJM, I rang around several other “highly regarded” places to get quotes on what I wanted done to my Ute, which I wasn’t entirely sure what to get done, I just knew the look I wanted. Most places quoted me for a lift only, told me I’d have to sort out tyres myself, and the pricing was significantly higher than expected. The process felt fragmented and impersonal, and honestly quite daunting. As soon as I put an enquiry through to Kris at TJM, he responded within the same day. He called me, emailed me, and had a full quote organised that day. He didn’t just send numbers, he explained everything thoroughly. I told him what I think I wanted and he explained what was legal, practical and safe for what I was doing, all while ensuring I got the look I wanted. Even though TJM doesn’t supply tyres directly, he went out of his way to help me find the right tyres and referred me to the best and closest place to get them sorted. He coordinated everything so the whole process was seamless. Throughout the entire experience, Kris kept me updated on ordering, timelines, and installation. He also updated me on when he would be on annual leave, and made sure that Allan (who was stepping into his role at the time) would be there to look after me through the day of my installation. On the day of the lift, I had to rebook last minute due to an emergency at work (and I had been so excited for the install), but Allan went above and beyond for me. Instead of simply re booking- which I would’ve been fine with, he organised one of his mechanics to drive to my workplace, pick up my ute, take it back to the workshop, complete the lift and wheels, and then arrange everything so I could simply pick it up the next morning. He even handled the coordination and payment process between TJM and the tyre shop so I only had to finalise everything in one place. That level of initiative, care, and problem solving is rare. And obviously starts with the Branch Manager Kris and his ability to train and inform his staff. When I picked up my vehicle, Kris was still on annual leave, but he had clearly briefed his team because “his boys” took incredible care of me. The workmanship was clean, professional, and thorough, and Allan took me through the whole payment process seamlessly. A couple of weeks later, I returned for follow up checks, and they looked everything over complimentary and reassured me that if I ever needed anything, I could come back anytime. I also want to specifically mention Riley, who had only been there for four days at the time. He was looking after my maintenance check side of things and gave me so much valuable advice. His knowledge, professionalism, and confidence were impressive, especially for someone so new to the branch. I don’t know who handles hiring at TJM, but whoever brought Riley on made a fantastic decision because he fit in seamlessly and clearly has strong prior experience. As a female customer getting work done on my ute, I’ve unfortunately experienced situations elsewhere where I felt either dismissed or taken advantage of. That was absolutely not the case here. Kris and his team were transparent, respectful, and took the time to explain the process without ever being patronising. TJM Wyoming has earned my trust completely. Exceptional leadership, exceptional team culture, and exceptional service. With specific thanks to Kris and Allan for taking me through the process seamlessly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The strut had come loose on my ute and did a bit of damage to the oem component. Allan took the time over the phone to listen to my concerns, asked me to come in so he and his team could have a look. On the morning I took my car in, Allan made us feel very welcome, no hesitation - got himself and his mechanic to look over my car, and got me back on the road safely. Fantastic and very professional service. Very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Al and TJM.

Had an outback bar fitted to my 08 200 series and am very happy with the product and service. Has transformed the old girl replacing the old original alloy bar. Its a solid piece of work which hopefully I'll never have to test on a roo or other wildlife but I'm sure it will do much better than the alloy job. Thanks TJM CC team, much appreciated!

Brian Hilton, This team has turned that Business 180°. Good workers and customer Service is hard to find! Great attitudes and good team environment and they deserve some recognition for their work! Allan, Ryan and his crew were Fantastic in advising and installing my Landcruiser 300 series accessories. (Bullbar, spotlights, UHF radio, winch and under armour protection) I note the negative reviews from a year or 2 ago prior to Allans management & new Team, thats old news and he and his Team actually ENJOY their work & genuinly take pride in their workmanship! No attitudes here and the wiring was done perfectly. They took time out to go over everthing, their passion is obvious! I cannot recommend them enough ! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all round ! Thank you guys!
